How to Use the Edit Order Function on Ecowear2u.com

We understand that changes may sometimes be necessary after placing an order. That’s why we provide the Edit Order function, allowing you to update your order details, such as quantity and shipping address.

Follow these simple steps:

1. Access Your Account

   • Log in to your account and click on My Account.
   • Navigate to the Orders section and select the order you wish to update by clicking the Edit Order button.

2. Update Your Order Details

   • Make the necessary changes to the quantity or shipping address.
   • Once completed, click Proceed to Checkout to confirm your updates.

3. Order Status Will Be Updated

   • Your original order will be marked as Cancelled.
   • A new order with a new order number will be created based on the updates you’ve made.

Important Notes:

• Changes can only be made before the order is processed for shipment.
